Refund policy

We’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. To maintain product safety and quality standards, our return policy is as follows:

    •    Opened products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

    •    Sealed products: Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
